Lorraine is regarded as a leading practitioner in the area of Liquor Licensing Law with a large client base including Off Licenses, Publicans, Hoteliers, Theatres and Supermarkets.

 
Lorraine was previously Head of the Retail and Leisure Sector Group at one of Ireland’s leading professional law firms, Matheson Ormsby Prentice Solicitors.

William has acted for private and corporate clients in most sectors including Energy, Transport, Pharmaceutical and Environmental Services, in a broad range of disputes including Construction Arbitrations, Injunctions, Specific Performance actions, Judicial Reviews, Product Liability suits, Professional Malpractice claims, Partnership and Shareholder disputes, breach of contract and personal injury actions.
 
William is recognised as a leader in the field of alternative dispute resolution. He is cited in Chambers Global 2009, the Client’s Guide to the World’s Leading Lawyers for Business as "one of the most sensible and pleasant commercial litigators around". It records that he covers an array of contentious cases and is "making great strides" as a mediator.
 
William was previously in practice at Eugene F. Collins, one of Ireland’s leading law firms, where he led that firm’s promotion and adoption of mediation for commercial dispute resolution.
 
Admitted as a solicitor in 1994, William is a CEDR Accredited Mediator since July 2003. William sits on the Councils of ICMA, the Irish Commercial Mediation Association and of DSBA, the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association. He is a regular contributor to the Law School of the Law Society of Ireland and sits on the Society’s Litigation and ADR Committees.
