Online Sale of Alcohol or Sale of Alcohol via Internet

Under current legislation, premises that are licensed with a Full Off Licence, a Publicans Licence, a Wine Retailers On Licence or a Wine Retailers Off Licence may make sales of alcohol via internet or by other distance selling means under strict parameters and provided certain safeguards are put in place.

Specific considerations include:-

What constitutes a sale?
Where must a sale take place (in context of an online sale of alcohol)?
What means of payment must be used for alcohol sold online?
Means of delivery to customer for alcohol sold online?
