Liquor Licensing
The Compton Aylmer Liquor Licensing team have considerable experience in every aspect of the Liquor Licensing system. We have a large licenced client base, including off-licensees, publicans and hoteliers, and we provide them with a complete service including the obtaining of new licences, transfer, renewal, sale and purchase of licensed premises. We have also obtained new licences and advised in relation to theatre licences, entertainment licences, hotel licences, restaurant licences, special restaurant licences, registered clubs, commercial sports and leisure clubs and wholesale licences. In particular, we have acted in numerous cases opposed by objectors. We assist clients in finding licences to be offered in extinguishment for new premises as this is a requirement under Irish law.
